Here are some common questions to help you get more acquainted with our services and policies. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us.

How do I book an appointment?

 

Studio Kleo Rose’s easy to use online booking system allows clients to view available appointment dates and times . When booking be sure to include all the services needed for your appointment. After selecting date, time, and services, secure your appointment by sending a $45 non-refundable deposit. 

 

How do I pay the $45 non refundable deposit?

 

The deposits can be paid using Cash App (@kleorose) or EMAILED invoice which is payable using a debit or credit card.

 

How do I book healthy hair services only?

 

At Studio Kleo Rose, we encourage our clients to keep up on the necessary health hair maintenance services including trims and specialty treatments. Healthy hair services DO NOT include shampooing or blow drying. Clients must book a “shampoo only” or “shampoo and blow dry” with their healthy hair services. 

 

How do I decide what services are good for my hair?

 

It's very important that all clients book a 30 minute consultation with their stylist. During the consultation, clients can communicate their hair needs and desired hair style. The stylist will create a plan of action, that includes a step by step guide to help achieve the hair goal. Follow up appointments can be made with the stylist. The consultations fee is $25. 

 

Can I bring family or friends to my appointment?

 

At this time, Studio Kleo Rose does not allow any extra guests (including children) in the studio unless they are being serviced. Arriving with extra guests will result in the appointment being rescheduled. 

 

How do I cancel my appointment?

 

Clients can cancel their appointment at any time by text or phone. The $50 non refundable deposit will not be returned to the client.  

 

What is the late policy?

 

We understand that things happen, clients who run more than 20 minutes late will need to reschedule their appointment. 

 

How do I know the cost of my services?

 

Pricing  will vary based on the client’s hair. All services are “à la carte”. The total of all the services provided will make up the client’s final balance. 

 

What is a “thick hair” and “long hair” fee?

 

These fees are added to the service based on the client’s hair density and/or length. 

How do I prep my hair for hair color services?

 

Clients should arrive at their appointment with detangled blow dried hair. Detangling fees will be applied to clients who do not follow this policy.  

 

What is a detangling fee?

 

Detangling fees apply to clients who require hair detangling or style removal. It is important that clients add removal services to ensure that the appropriate time is allotted. 

 

Can I bring my own products?

 

We ONLY accept hair products that are prescribed by physicians. All other products are not allowed in the Studio Kleo Rose, as we are a full service salon. 

How do I book hair color services?

 

After consulting with the stylist, use our online booking system to select the color service along with the finished style. Hair color services are considered “add on” services. Add on services DO NOT include shampoo or blow dry services. 

 


 

Hair Extension Services 

 

Is hair included in extension services?

 

The hair for any extension service is NOT included.

 

Can you purchase the hair for me?

 

Yes, your stylist can purchase and pick up the hair for you! Hair purchase/pick up is an additional $20 fee.
